EdTec is now Vertex Education, bringing together two organizations deeply committed to supporting schools with finance and operations expertise and mission-aligned partnership. This transition represents Vertex’s continued growth and our broader vision to solve any problem for any school with exceptional care and capability.   

This important step builds on the work we’ve been doing together across teams, and reflects the shared purpose, unified systems, and strong collaboration that have been taking shape over the past year and a half.

While our name has evolved, EdTec’s 25 years of excellence in charter school back office services and our unwavering commitment to our partner schools remains at the core of Vertex Education. The same team you know and rely on will continue to provide the personalized service, responsiveness, and expertise.  The relationships and values built over decades carry forward, now with expanded reach and resources.
