Mr. Picard has been with Vertex Education since 2018. Previously Mr. Picard was Vice President of Marketing at Cadence Education, one of the largest early childhood educators in the country. He also held marketing leadership positions at Cable ONE and Rosetta Stone. Mr. Picard has more than 15 years’ experience developing and implementing marketing initiatives, including local and digital marketing, branding, search engine optimization, landing page optimization, display campaigns and retargeting. He holds a Master of Management degree from the Toulouse Business School and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
