With education in Finance and Management with an emphasis in Operations and Data Science, Erick Grady brings a wealth of experience to his leadership role at Vertex. He is a strong believer in education himself: he earned four degrees—two undergraduate degrees from Arizona State University, and two master’s degrees from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he finished in the top 1% of his MBA graduating class.

Prior to becoming our Chief Executive Officer, Erick served as Vertex Education’s Chief Operations Officer and led our organizational efforts to improve delivery and efficiency in all we do. In previous executive roles, he led turn-around efforts by implementing operational improvements for a distributed workforce and founded the data and reporting team enabling the organization to effectively achieve performance goals.
