Charter School Renewal

Charter school renewal is a critical opportunity to demonstrate your impact and tell your school’s story with clarity and purpose. Our finance team develops renewal budgets, long-range financial projections, and supporting analyses.

For high schools, we incorporate National Student Clearinghouse® data to showcase postsecondary outcomes. Whether you need full-service support or targeted assistance, our team partners with you to strengthen every aspect of your renewal.

Independent School Accreditation

The Vertex team will serve as your in-house CFO for both initial accreditation and renewal, developing long-range financial models, annual fiscal metrics, fundraising and capital budgets to help your school put its best foot forward with the Visiting Committee. In addition to financial leadership, our compliance team can support development of the accreditation narrative, helping schools clearly articulate their mission, operations, governance, and programmatic strengths throughout the process. We'll join planning calls, attend the committee's visit, and prepare clear and compelling visuals that tell the story of your school's current and future success.

Federal & State Grant Support

We support both developing and established schools with applications for state and federal competitive grants, including the federal Charter Schools Program (CSP) as well as state level CSP programs. State Testing Analysis

For California public schools, Vertex offers a standalone CAASPP analysis and comparison to local schools on state measures as well as the CA School Dashboard. Use this analysis to identify areas, grade levels, and subgroups that are strong and those that need additional support, to present progress to stakeholders, and to support key compliance documents such as charter renewals.

State Attendance Reporting & CALPADS Support

Navigate complex state reporting requirements with confidence. We support California schools with attendance reporting and CALPADS submissions, helping ensure accuracy and compliance and reducing administrative burden. We’ll also make sure you understand what you’re reporting, why you’re reporting it, and how it ultimately impacts your school.

LCAP Support

WASC Accreditation Support

PIMS Reporting Support

Our experts provide Pennsylvania charter schools with end-to-end support to keep data accurate, compliant, and on time. We manage the full PIMS process—from extracting and formatting data to meet state requirements to uploading submissions, reviewing verification files, and preparing Accuracy Statements. We also offer year-round maintenance to support District Billing and Child Accounting, along with timely updates as PIMS requirements evolve.

PA Compliance Support

We support Pennsylvania charter schools across key reporting requirements to ensure compliance and efficiency. Our team assists with Epicenter, MA Claiming, SHARRS, PERMS, TIMS, and the FRCPP, including support for Annual Reports, Title I Plans, and Comprehensive Plans.
