Aaron Hale has been a transformative force in education, steering the Legacy Traditional Schools network from a single campus in Maricopa to over 30 campuses across three states. Recognized for his profound leadership and impact, he was named one of ‘40 under 40’ outstanding leaders by the Phoenix Business Journal in 2017. A proud alumnus of Arizona State University, Aaron holds a B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems, an M.B.A., and an M.I.M. Beyond his pivotal role at Vertex Education and Legacy Traditional Schools, he actively advocates for the advancement of quality charter schools as a board member of the Arizona Charter Schools Association.
