Following graduation from University of Texas at Austin with a BBA and BA, Isha joined Teach for India in New Delhi where 40 fourth-graders captured her heart with their love for learning.

Upon returning to the U.S., Isha continued in her quest to make a difference in children’s education at the operational and financial level with KIPP Public Schools in Austin. Leading strategic finance and FP&A for the ESL-focused school district, Isha also oversaw financial forecasts, budgeting management and reporting, and the merging and expanding of four KIPP districts. Throughout her tenure, Isha built solid relationships and coached school principals and operation directors to understand their budgets and investments.

In her project leader responsibilities with The Boston Consulting Group, Isha focused on expansion strategies for companies and products entering new markets, post-merger integrations, transformation management, talent strategy/retention and workforce planning.
